Shipping
We offer delivery throughout South Africa.
- All orders shipped within Western Cape cost R100 for delivery.
- All national orders cost R150 for delivery.
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has left the studio, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination.

If you require expedited shipping, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll be happy to provide a quote based on your location and requirements.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Once we’ve received the relevant information, you can choose between:
- A replacement, subject to availability.
- A refund for the damaged item.
We want every order to arrive as it was intended, and we will always do our best to find the right resolution with you.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
The shipping cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all returns are made at your own risk. To help ensure the piece arrives safely, please pack it securely. Nothing should be able to move or touch within the box. Any item that arrives back damaged or otherwise unsellable will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return has arrived safely and has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times vary between banks and payment providers.
