The ceramics
Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all the functional ceramics are both microwave and dishwasher safe, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. However, hand washing is recommended for longevity.
Desk Friends should only be wiped clean with a cloth or hand washed.
Are your ceramics food safe?
Yes, all the functional ceramics are food-safe. If a decorative product is not food-safe, this will be clearly stated in the product listing.
Is each piece handmade?
Yes! Each piece is either wheel-thrown or hand-built.
Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
- All orders shipped within Western Cape cost R100 for delivery.
- All national orders cost R150 for delivery.

Do you offer returns?
Yes I do. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me with your order number, a photo of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll then either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Do you do commissions?
I do occasionally! This depends on my current workload and the type of piece you’re looking for. Contact me with your idea, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
